Dynamic Sales Hvac offers the following Returns Policy:
If product is defective, buyer must report within 3 days of receiving item. The buyer will pay shipping cost associated to the return and we will pay the postage back to you. If the item gets there and you do not want it the item and want to it needs to be returned in an unused condition no return on electrical items. The Buyer pays the return shipping and the original S&H is non-refundable and twenty percent restocking changed. If the shipping was free there will be a service charge of cost of the postage to you.
If you need to exchange the filters for a different size there is no restocking fee or shipping cost back to you.
