If product is defective, buyer must report within 3 days of receiving item. we will pay shipping cost associated to the return will be incurred by the buyer. If the item gets there and you do not want it the item and want to it needs to be returned in an UNUSED CONDITION. The Buyer pays the return shipping and the original S&H is non-refundable and 20% restocking changed
