We recommend adding insurance on all orders. If you don't want the insurance and item is lost or damaged you will have to contact US Mail or UPS and deal with them. We have NO responsibility after it ships without insurance.
If product is defective, buyer must report within 3 days of receiving item. The buyer will pay shipping cost associated to the return and we will pay the postage back to you. If the item gets there and you do not want it the item and want to it needs to be returned in an unused condition. The Buyer pays the return shipping and the original S&H is non-refundable and 25% restocking changed. If the shipping was free there will be a service charge of cost of the postage to you.
